Westhill is a popular suburb of Aberdeen and has quickly became a hub for a vast amount of companies with the likes of Subsea 7, TAQA, Bibby and Shlumberger operating from this area. It is situated approximately 7.5 miles West of the City of and has the recent added advantage of the AWPR, offering easy links to the North and South of Aberdeen. This makes for great transport links and added ease when travelling to and from meetings, events, etc.

Working from the city centre of Aberdeen has its obvious advantages. Directly in the centre it is easy to get around with a number of different transport links available, including the train station in close proximity to the building. Parking your car isn’t an issue as our city centre offices offer 3 floors of car parking spaces, enough to cover all of our tenants. Our Citypoint building is located in the West End of Aberdeen meaning Union Street, Carden Place and Queens Road, which are all popular office destinations, are located in the surrounding area.

The City Centre offers a huge list of local amenities. The West End is home to a number of popular retailers including Foodstory, Grape & Grain and Sirene. As our Citypoint building is located just off of the city’s main street, there is no shortage of choice for cafes, coffee shops, restaurants or retail.
